Meal Plan FAQ

 

To Pause Your Meal Plan:


You may choose to pause your Meal Plan at any time. Once you pause your Meal Plan you will not be charged or sent any meals until you unpause your Meal Plan.

1. Log in to your account.

2. Choose the "My Account" link at the bottom of any page. (Fig. 1)

3. Scroll down to the "My Meal Plan Options" section and check or uncheck the pause checkbox.(Fig. 2)

4. Click the "Save" button. (Fig. 3)

(Pausing your Meal Plan will keep your account in a frozen state and you will not be charged or receive meals.)






To Edit Your Meal Plan:


You may choose to edit your Meal Plan at any time.

1. Log in to your account.

2. Choose the "My Account" link at the bottom of any page. (Fig. 1)

3. Click the big red "My Meal Plan" button.(Fig. 2)

4. Click the "Update My Meal Plan" button. (Fig. 3)
5. From this page (Fig. 4) you can now change:

- The variety of meals in your plan

- The quantity of meals in your plan

No Matter what changes you make on this screen you MUST click the red "Update My Meal Plan" button for the changes to take effect. All changes will take effect immediately.

How do I change between Meal Plans?


No matter what meal plan you are in, you can change it to Bodybuilding Contest Prep, Bodybuilding Lifestyle or Keto Diet Meal Plans by calling or emailing customer service.

How Do I Order More Than 1 Meal Plan?


To order more than one Meal Plan, you must re-register under a different username and order your other Meal Plan through that new username. (Keep In Mind: You will also be seperately enrolled in recurring payments and seperately shipped your new Meal Plan.)






When Will I Receive My Meals?


You will receive your Meals one week after your processing day. Group A receives their meals on Wednesday. Group B receives their meals on Thursday. Group C receives their meals on Friday.






Why Am I Being Charged Again Without Receiving My First Set of Meals?


Your food is made fresh to order so there is a time period after you order when your food is prepared before it is shipped.

Since this is a recurring payment you will receive your meals the day you are processed for next week’s meals.






Why Can't I See My Meals in the "My Meal Plan" page?


Please allow up to 36 hours for our system to update your plan into our system before you can make any changes.







I Have A New Credit Card, How Do I Update My Recurring Payment?

I Don't Want Recurring Payments. How Do I Order Only 1 Set of Meals?:


You may choose to pause, cancel or edit your Meal Plan at any time. Once you pause or cancel your Meal Plan you will not be charged or sent any meals until you unpause your Meal Plan.

1. After you receive a payment paid notification, Log in to your account.

2. Choose the "My Account" link at the bottom of any page. (Fig. 1)

3. Click the big red "My Meal Plan" button.(Fig. 2)

4. Click the "Update My Meal Plan" button. (Fig. 3)
5. From this page (Fig. 4) you can now change:

- The variety of meals in your plan

- The quantity of meals in your plan

- The pause or unpause status of your Meal Plan (Pausing your Meal Plan will keep your account in a frozen state and you will not be charged or receive meals.)
