I started lifting when I was 19yrs old and fell in love with it. I learned different ways to manipulate and trick my body into growing. Being 6'9" with a body weight of 145lbs, I began to grow quickly. At first I would eat any and all food not knowing what was best for me. I started to set goals and once I would reach them I would set more. After 10yrs I am now a lean 315lbs which draws a lot of attention being my height. As I learn more about this lifestyle I will continue to grow and challenge myself. My goal is to use my knowledge to mentor others. Joining the 5% team allows me to connect with different groups that want help along their own journey.
