On my way to 240lbs! I am focusing on symmetry, shape, function and becoming the best perfect specimen humanly possible!! Starting with a small waist is the most important then on to every body part being as perfect as possible. Everything flowing together and having no flaws!

I will also be working on making my training functional and bringing up my body weight lifts, bench press, pull ups, squats and dips!
