I found the gym when I was a young teenager. I was involved heavily in martial arts from when I was young and I wanted to become stronger to be more competitive. Through my teenage years and in my early twenties, as I became more involved in fighting, weight training was a staple for my martial arts training. I never played conventional Sports–only martial arts. Eventually that led to grappling training, Greco-Roman wrestling and then into full-blown MMA. I competed amature MMA and had the opportunity to go big.
As life has it things are not always under our control and I was injured in a freak accident and broke my lower back in 3 places the week befor my 25th birthday. So, once again I found the gym to help rebuild my physical self and in return through the process mentally I built the strongest me ever. It took years to fully recover and even now I still have issues I deal with due to my compressed vertebrae. Not to mention my right arm being broken in another accident in 2017 with serious nerve damage. So we throw some titanium and nuts and bolts on it and we keep going.
We all have a different journey some harder then others but I'm here to show everybody with hard work and discipline Anything is Possible. This is my story and this is my comeback in life and who knows where it's going to take me, but I hope by my hard work and dedication I can Inspire others to overcome their challenges and better their lives through Health, Fitness and the 5% mentality.
